Chicken Breast Recipe



Ingredients:


3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons unsalted butter (or margarine)
6 cloves garlic, minced
4 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons vinegar
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper


Instructions:


Prep the Chicken: Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper.


Dredge in Flour: Dredge each chicken breast in flour, shaking off any excess.


Cook the Chicken: Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken breasts for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through and golden brown.


Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together garlic, honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and black pepper.


Combine and Simmer: Pour the sauce over the chicken breasts in the skillet. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.


Serve: Serve the chicken breasts immediately, topped with the sauce. You can serve it with rice, roasted vegetables, or a simple salad.

Tips:


For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the sauce for at least 30 minutes before cooking.

You can use different types of vinegar, such as apple cider vinegar or balsamic vinegar.

Serve with a side of steamed broccoli or asparagus for a complete meal.
