Weight Watchers Lemon Garlic Butter Chicken Bites with Parmesan Linguine
Ingredients:
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into pieces
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
8 oz whole wheat linguine
2 tbsp light butter
3/4 cup grated Parmesan (reduced-fat)
Instructions:
Sauté chicken with lemon zest, juice, and Italian seasoning.
Cook linguine, drain.
Toss pasta with butter and Parmesan. Serve chicken on top.
Tip: Use light butter and reduced-fat Parmesan for fewer points!
