- 2 Tablespoons Instant Pudding - Or 10g Unflavored Collagen Powder, 1/4-1/2 Teaspoon Guar/Xanthan Gum (This ingredient is *optional to make it creamier)
Creami Greek Yogurt Protein Ice Cream
- 1 ¼ Cups Greek Yogurt - Mix & Match Flavors!
- 2 Ounces Milk - or Milk Substitute (Think Almond/Coconut)
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 ½ Scoops Protein Powder - *Optional (Mix & Match Flavors!)
- Sweetener - *Optional (Honey, Stevia, Brown Rice/Maple Syrup, etc)

- Sweetener - *Optional (Honey, Stevia, Brown Rice/Maple Syrup, etc)

Ninja Creami Ingredients For Mixing
- 1-2 Ounces Milk - or Milk Substitute (Think Almond/Coconut)
- Cookies - For an optional "Mix-In". You could also use Nuts, Graham Crackers, Chocolate Chips, Fruit, a Protein Bar, and so on. Think outside the box!
Instructions
Ninja Creami Fairlife Ice Cream
- Add and mix all of your ingredients together inside your Creami container
- Let your container rest uncovered for 5-10 minutes
- Cover it and put it into the freezer overnight or until frozen

- Add and mix all of your ingredients together inside your Creami container
- Let your container rest uncovered for 5-10 minutes

Creami Cottage Cheese Protein Ice Cream
- If you don't mind the Cottage Cheese texture you can mix all of your ingredients together inside your Creami container
- If you want it smooth then you should blend or process all of your ingredients together prior to adding it into your Creami container
- Let your container rest uncovered for 5-10 minutes
- Cover it and put it into the freezer overnight or until frozen
Ninja Creami Instructions
- Take out your frozen Creami container from your freezer and let it unthaw for 10 minutes or run the sides under some hot water
- Place it into your Creami and hit the Lite Ice Cream button
- Add in 1-2 Ounces of Milk/Milk Substitute and hit the "Re-Spin" button
- Add in anything else you want and hit the "Mix-In" button
Notes
Tips:You may need to re-spin it more than once.I rarely ever add Instant Pudding or anything to make it “creamier” and it always comes out amazing!Use this nutritional information as a reference.
